President of Russia since 2012, Vladmir Putin, is once more
making headlines. Putin simply finds a way to attack the Ukrainians despite
having declared war on the country and being subject to several sanctions in
the country.
According to BBC NEWS, Russian President Vladimir Putin is
wanted by the International Criminal Court on suspicion of forcibly deporting
Ukrainian children to Russia. Vladmir Putin and Maria Lvova-Belova, a Russian
official and commissioner for children's rights, are charged by the
International Criminal Court of taking Ukrainian children forcibly and against
their parents' will to Russia.
My concern is whether the ICC has the authority to carry out
the action of detaining the Russian President. Vladmir Putin is absolutely
certain to refute it, knowing him.
