Ghana National Gas Company's Atuabo Gas Processing Plant, one of the nation's
gas plant stations, was shut down, according to the energy sector of Ghana.
According to the Ministry of Energy, the Atuabo Gas
Processing Station was shut down on March 25, 2023, for approximately 14 days
of maintenance.
The gas supply to some of the nation's largest power plants
will be impacted by this gas plant's closure, which will cause interruptions in
the supply of electricity to some users.
